Great experience overall👍 The staff here were super efficient and friendly. The hotel's location is spot-on, right next to a bunch of restaurants.

Overall it was a very nice stay for yet another business trip. This accommodation had a very central setting down the road to the local pub. Besides, we were close enough to the leisure centre for a swim and sauna.

The staff was not very friendly.

The restaurant was particularly good for dinner at around 8ish. I tried some very pleasant dishes. The hotel was nicely refurbished and had amenities like a mini-bar, strong WiFi, and big TVs. The central setting of the hotel was convenient, and the staff were highly efficient and probably the best people on that shift.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn, Haydock purely because we were attending the Haydock Race meeting, so it was extremely convenient for the course.

There was a wedding at the hotel but reception put us in a room as far away as possible so we wouldnt be disturbed. This was done without us having to ask.

Cost of a full english as £15.95 we thought was excessive most hotels charge around £8 which is more reasonable

My room had a nice modern makeover and was well-kept, plus it had a comfy sofa bed. The location was super convenient, right by the race course 🏇. And, there were plenty of takeout places nearby for food options.

Very close to Haydock Park Racecourse - within walking distance. In easy reach of M6. Pool wonderful and rooms of good size and well appointed. Meals of reasonable but unexciting standard. Breakfasts good and items replenished well. Parking easy. Staff excellently well trained and very pleasant and helpful.

Rather isolated and very few other amenities in immediate area. A lack of places to eat in surrounding area so obliged to eat at Hotel. Dining room best booked or be prepared to wait. Caters for weddings which fill the hotel at times and put a stress on the breakfast facilities.

We used this hotel so to go the races which was a 2 minute walk around the corner! Perfect! Rooms clean and tidy and very comfy bed! Would recommend to anyody for 2 to 3 nights!

Staff was very helpful and pleasent. We were upgraded to executive room just becuase there was wedding reception going on and hotel staff wanted us to avoid all the noise. That was good gesture. Food was aslo good which we ordered in room.

Excellent value, cleanliness and comfort of rooms and friendliness of staff in reception and restaurant.

There was absolutely nothing that either we or our guests in the other room could find fault with during our stay.
